Remember the Nuremberg trials? Hitler’s “soldiers” who followed Hitler’s commands to harm people without cause, were not found innocent by reason of following orders. How much more the TSA people when they harm other people even though it is their job! Sue them as people, not as TSA agents. After all, the TSA couldn’t do anything without people. The TSA is just a bunch of paperwork without people. And how in the world do you sue a bunch of paperwork? Same as Hitler’s orders without people acting as “soldiers” to follow his orders is just paperwork, even so TSA acts are done by people acting as TSA “soldiers.” Sue the people who act as TSA agents sometimes, and the people who act as judges in the courts sometimes, if necessary. After all, it isn’t the TSA or the Judges that harm you. It is people who harm you.

Why can't we sue the TSA for assault? Because the courts are corrupt, therefore it is a waste of time and money.
