They are taking you to court. Get them to say that the person on the indictment is you, the man/woman standing there. Ask them to prove it. Then, tell them you need to prove that it isn't. Tell them that you need a finger pricker for this. Prick the name on the indictment. No blood. Prick you finger. Blood. The indictment person isn't you, or it would bleed, as well. --- Of course, you MUST, from the beginning, claim that the person on any/all the paperwork isn't you.
