Take a look at the 4th Amendment. The first words are, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons... ." Did you notice anything funny here? People have/own persons. People are different than persons. Persons are (among other things) names on agreements, contracts, and documents. They are not people. Over the years most people have said and think that they are the paperwork person, because the name is the same. This is where the government gets its authority, because most people say that they are the person without understanding that they are turning themselves into a name on a piece of paper. What can government do, besides accept what the people say? Find out ways to express to government that you are a man or woman, so that government has to treat you differently than they treat persons.
