If Trump/congress exposed or audited the FRBNY's exclusive handling of funds from the auctions of Treasury securities [that have never been audited], they would find the Fed/globalists covertly receive [embezzle] the value of deficit spending Treasury securities they receive from the U.S. Treasury.  Ref. 31 USC §375.3.
