Does this sound silly? If the warmongers want to leave Trump in the dark about what they are doing, Trump could put some kind of 1,000,000% export tariff on military items going out of the country. Silly, huh? But that would make the funds being spent on the military go back to the government. And it would mess up the warmongers' plans for a while. Just a thought.
