The interesting thing about this is that the citizenship belongs to the 'person' - the name - on the paperwork. It does not belong to the man/woman who signed the paperwork. They don't need citizenship in America. The person/name on the paperwork is basically an artificial representation-like of the man/woman who signs the paperwork. The 4th Amendment protects the man/woman as long as he/she doesn't make a statement that the 'person' is the man/woman. 4th Amendment in part: "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects... . The 'person' of the citizenship paperwork is not the man/woman, but is an artificial entity that belongs to the man/woman signing the documents. Don't fall into the trap of becoming the person in the eyes of the government.
