Can we believe Trump this time? He has said lots of things in the past that haven't worked out. He seems to have changed his mind on a lot of other things. India is a member of BRICS right along with Russia. So, did India leave themselves a loophole wherein they trade with Russia without using money... no money = not buying oil from Russia? Maybe this is a sneaky way that Trump is using to join with Russia; a stall tactic against Ukraine that looks good on the outside, but that he changes in the future? When you measure raw Russian robustness, they are a lot stronger than media reports suggest.
