The ONE greatest wish of Russia (Putin) is that Ukraine not become part of the West. The fact that Trump is trying to oversee a peace settlement is making both Ukraine and Russia subject to the West. Russia won't do this. | If Zelensky simply acted the peace part, Russia would follow suit. After all, Z is running around all over Western Europe and Washington DC. So, who is acting in Ukraine on his behalf? Want peace? Imprison Z in the US. Then get him to resign his position as president of Ukraine. Then hold Ukraine elections, with a Russian non-military delegation to observe election processes for election honesty. Make sure that the Ukrainians who fled Ukraine at the beginning of and throughout the war are allowed to vote.
