Bronze Age pyramind found in Ukraine

Archaeologists in Ukraine have unearthed the remains of an ancient pyramidal structure that pre-date those in Egypt by at least 300 years. The stone foundations of the structure, which probably resembled Aztec and Mayan ziggurats.

1. What is 10 Quad Trillion? Did you mean 10 Quadrillion or did you mean
40 Trillion....?

2. All blame seems to point to BP...What possible blame can one find to point
     to the United States...since BP may have been bending toward the US wishes,
     such as:

          1. drilling out in the Gulf conforming with US environmental dictates.
         2. designed, build, inspect oil drills/platforms etc meeting US dictates.
        3. US inspectors and engineers, I think, have been approving and blessing
              every step in the entire process.
