Park Rangers to install traffic cameras IN SPITE OF state law restrictions

Traffic cameras are being installed on popular canyon roads despite California law explicitly prohibiting speed cameras and per-ticket photo enforcement contracts. Nonetheless, the MRCA believes the law doesn't apply to them.
