No evidence needed under terror profiling plan

The new policy, law enforcement officials say, would let agents open terrorism investigations after mining public records and intelligence to build a profile of traits that, taken together, are deemed suspicious.

You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say, do, print, record, or even your personal qualifications can, and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney only if he sees you being arrested, and can somehow follow you to where you will be held, and can somehow gain access to you through those who will deny your existance. If you do not understand these rights, they will be inserted under your skin in a device that is readable by your owners - ask them to scan and read them to you any time you want!
