Let's see;...President Bush wishes to unseat a Columbian region dictator who is hostile to Washington and has siezed American-owned assets, so to get the public behind his pending invasion, he makes claims that the dictator is actually involved in the drug trade.

Well,...it worked 19 years ago for Daddy!
