Huge Alien Structure Filmed on the Moon?

From 1:22 a huge building or base (looks like a oil platform) on four large legs comes into view. The alien structure was filmed with a Meade lx 200 gps 10inc telescope. ( i didn't film it) All props goes to the original up loader at disclose.tv
