5 Comments in Response to 4 arrested in probe of anti-government Sovereign Movement
I believe a link to the original story:
Radgeek.
Now that is interesting. When I hear about these types of things, first of all, I know enough to know not to rush to judgment and I know there's often more to the story. In this case, the backstory is the story. Sure, we "know" some of these people in the sense of their input into the movement. But do we really know them? Often not. The report does smack of the old government setup though. It's the old "these people got guns, bombs, anarchist literature, they don't pay their taxes, they got porno under the mattress and booze bottles on the kitchen table and they are probably the ones who ran over your dog" treatment. The indictment probably reads "these people are guilty of pretty much everything all the time".
And of course, there's no shortage of 24-hour judge-o-matic machines to rubber stamp warrants. But let's face it. For all we know, the feds might just have truly busted a modern day Captain Hook and a whole gang of pirates bent of destruction and mayhem. One thing I know is between what "they" say and what WE find out, the truth will be told. Sometimes we find out fast. Often we know going in what the deal is. Sometimes it takes time. Sometimes it takes a long time. But the truth will be told.
DON'T FORGET JOHN STUART. TRIAL COMING SOON.
Here is an interesting link I finally confirmed: Shawn Rice is the same guy who got John Stuart in trouble with the false paperwork filing charge that ended up denying him bail for those many months that was reported in the court minutes, and came out at a hearing.
This is only a start, the revolution is growing.
I sleep so much better at night knowing these "paper terrorists" are not out threatening our brave bureaucrats with paper cuts ink smudges and lack of sleep on the job. Imagine the impudence of this bunch failing to genuflect before the magistrate.
