The Supreme Court on Monday rejected a favorite tool of prosecutors in immigration cases, ruling unanimously that a federal identity-theft law may not be used against many illegal workers who used false Social Security numbers to get jobs
"Honest Officer, When I took that car in the parking lot....I didn't know it belonged to anyone...Not like anyone was sitting in it...and besides I need it "in order to drive to work".....I guess you will need to let me go" (just make sure that when you give this excuse to the officer...do it using a foreign accent....)
