I wonder how much farther the citizens of this country will be pushed with no resistance? I feel that people who live within a water district or in town will not even worry about such a law as they get their water from the system anyway but the folks who live on their own land with their own water and wells should be ranting and raving and making it well known they will not follow this ruling. Never.. You won't take control of my water.
