Legislation approved by a Senate panel would make it illegal to use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle. Violators would have to pay $50 if caught.

this is great legislation! WE NEED TO HAVE MORE INTERVENTION IN OUR LIVES SO THAT PEOPLE WILL WAKE UP!
