An officer of the law lying and refusing to uphold a citizen's civil rights (do we even have any left)?  Well!  That is shocking!  No doubt you're reporting on an office of the law in a banana republic like Mexico cause, surely, with all the rights and freedoms that we Americans have that would never, I say, never!  happen here...
