Is ACORN intentionally structured as a criminal enterprise? Some members of Congress think so.

Republican members of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform released its report on ACORN, entitled: “Is ACORN Intentionally Structured As a Criminal Enterprise? This Report presents evidence that ACORN has evaded taxes, obstructed justice, engaged in racketeering, and created a conspiracy to defraud the United States. The chapters read like a criminal indictment and grounds for a lawsuit by its shareholders - here’s some highlights: voter registration fraud embezzlement breaching fiduciary duties by covering up embezzlement breaching corporate duties by failing to follow bylaws noncompliance with the IRS; both using tax dollars for political purposes as well as filing false statements with the IRS ..More:

 That's funny cause some of us wonder if Congress is intentionally structured as a criminal enterprise.  Some members of the general community think so...

Oh, and btw, you really shouldn't be saying 'some members of Congress' but, actually, you should tell it like it is and say 'some Republicans' - they're not necessarily one and the same although all of the members of Congress as coming pretty close to being as bad as Republicans
