Attorneys consulted say there is absolutely no grounds for accusations of copyright infringement. After all, the fine, hand-crafted brew known as "Vermonster" has nothing to do with a mass-produced, utterly un-healthy energy drink known as "Monster". Yet with their billions of dollars, they can ham-string an independent business in court and bleed them dry.
What else can we expect from a company that sells poison?

I absolutely love this brew. How could anyone do this? This is a beer with an alcohol content in excess of 10%. Why would any red blooded, American male sue or attempt to shut that operation down? They sell it at the liquor store that shares a parking lot with the company I work for.
