I am going to disagree on this one. The news reports say that there was heavy fog and that the pilot refused a recommendation to land at another airport. Sometimes an airplane accident is just an accident and nothing more. The IMF is still a lousy bank that doesn't turn a profit except for insiders but I don't think it can be blamed for these deaths.
