I am not trying to down play the loss of this family member, however their was a comment made by this public official.  "The citizens need to feel they are safe to go into a park and not have their pets in danger or themselves in danger."

The question that comes to my mind is when are the citizens going to ever feel safe from what I call the road nazies from getting pulled over, plundered, our vehicles stolen, and hauled off to jail and even murdered when no crime has been committed or loss of property?

This happens thousands of times daily across this country. We have more people in our jails and prisons then any other country in the world and 95% of those who end up in jail weather a crime has been committed or not resulted from what the nazies call a traffic stop. Does anyone know what a traffic stop really is in legal terms?
