Mr. Rangel wrangles us up with Universal National Service Act

They take your money and your pride. It has been referred to the Committee of Armed Services yet hasn't reached the house as of late. This act will entail that every sheep in the U.S. shall undergo armed services between the age range of 18 - 42 years. It will promote, detailed in H.R. 5741, "in a civilian capacity...national defense, national or community service, and service related to homeland security." Induction at least 2 years is specified active or reserve basis and civilian capacity.
