For the sake of their own security, the American people had spoken through their representatives in Congress to include the "sneak-and-peek" warrant in the amended Patriot Act. Smart terrorists and drug-suppliers, drug-runners and dope users are slippery snakes that when arrest and search warrants are PRE-ANNOUNCED, the raiding law enforces come out empty-handed. With this sneak-and-peek surprise, frustrations became more prevalent on the side of the dangerous wrongdoer than in the side of the law, while you and I remained a little bit more secured.

Of course if you are a frustrated leftist, lefty sympathizer, government-hater [we have a lot of them here at FP.com], or an upset radical bucket-kicking ACLU-member, or an irritated civil right activist that ACLU encourages, supports and protects, annoyed and frustrated you will ridicule, discredit and lambaste this recently used security measure like when you are so depressed, you go home and whip or beat up your dog.
