Former judge sentenced to prison for "kids for cash" scheme
• ReutersFormer Luzerne County Juvenile Court Judge Mark Ciavarella, 61, accepted nearly $1 million from a developer who built the detention facility, prosecutors said.
Under the "kids for cash" scheme, thousands of juveniles were shipped to the private center on minor or questionable charges by Ciavarella and another former judge, Michael Conahan, according to juvenile advocates.

I won't tell you what I really think; it doesn't matter, anyway.
This piece of s--- will never get what's coming, there is no punishment equal to the crime. And, even if he happens to go to jail, he'll not live 500 years to even come close to experinceing the discomfort he's "entitled" to.
