I have been part of loosing organizations for years, and I still am. So for anyone in an org (even if they have been semi successful) to tell me we must organize... I say show me what your rigorous efforts have accomplished! I am 74 years old and have never heard of Mr. Shulz or his organizations. Not that I haven't been sympathetic. I lived in NY through the Mario years where every company I worked for moved out of the state! I'm sick of loosing arguments when we have the Constitution on our side! I think we must consider force over formality!!!
