EXCLUSIVE: CIA operators were denied request for help during Benghazi attack, sources say

• FOX News
Fox News has learned from sources who were on the ground in Benghazi that an urgent request from the CIA annex for military back-up during the attack on the U.S. consulate and subsequent attack several hours later on the annex itself was denied by the CIA chain of command -- who also told the CIA operators twice to "stand down" rather than help the ambassador's team when shots were heard at approximately 9:40 p.m. in Benghazi on Sept. 11.

So close to the election I smell a micromanagement problem here. I wonder if our president is trying to manage too many things directly for fear he might be undermined by delegation. That could explain the uncertainty and delays. And so people die.

Our war-mongering president knows he's not popular with our tired and dying soldiers who just want to come home.

Countless times this has repeated itself through history, recent and distant. Ask Hitler, for one.
