The "genealogy" of the Constitution

In this 78-minute presentation, Hall mentions 5 historical documents dating from 1100 AD out of which the Constitution grows. According to her, in Federalist Paper 84, Hamilton says that these documents are incorporated in the constitution. As Hall details some of the history surrounding each of these documents, I began to wonder if I had tuned into a reliable news report.
