All right! It's about time that some State does this. After all, the people are not in (within) the State, even though they live inside the State's physical, territorial borders. The only people in the State are the State Government people... and those who the State accepts, because of their declared statements, as being within the State. So, if you are not in Government, formally declare in commonly accepted ways, that you are not within the State, and get out of a bunch of laws that apply only to the people who are formally within the State - State Government people.
