You're supposed to be afraid now.

It's called 'the chilling effect' and the way it works is; you're supposed to hear about and read about all the journalists being detained at airports, the whistleblowing leakers being sentenced to egregious prison terms, the lowly citizens being arrested, tazed, or eliminated entirely for filming police on the job, and you're supposed to become afraid from this and shut your mouth and ears for good.
