You're still legally dead, judge tells Fostoria man

Are there any laws that affect dead people? Maybe he can get away with all kinds of misdemeanors without the courts being able to convict him. Of course, once the police find out that he is dead, they just might open up on him for target practice. I mean, you can't hurt - let alone kill - a dead guy.
