Or at least that’s what movie-car enthusiast Kevin Henry has learned over the past two years, since he began churning out what’s now a massive collection of movie car posters depicting some of the most beloved spacecraft, sports cars, Batmobiles, and sky bison ever to grace the screen. A Denver-based building automation tech by day and head of the Colorado Movie Car Club by night, Henry and fellow Denver autophiles would make recreations of iconic movie cars and chauffeur them among the city’s haunted houses every Halloween during Ectoberfest, a program benefiting local children’s charities. In 2011, he dusted off his 10-year-old college Illustrator know-how to whip up some sketches of clubmembers’ favorite vehicles.
