A SWAT team in Cornelia, Georgia attacked a 19-month old baby with a concussion grenade during a no-knock search.
Just before three a.m. On May 28th, paramilitary police forces invaded a home where Alecia Phonesavanh was staying with her family.
The mother recalls, "Everyone's sleeping. There's a loud bang and a bright light. The cops threw that grenade in the door without looking first and it landed right in the playpen and exploded on his pillow right in his face."
The toddler was horribly disfigured by the vicious attack from police forces. His face and chest were ripped open in the blast.
