One source said that while Paul could announce on that day that he would not seek the Republian nomination, "you could knock me over with a feather if that's what he does."

Paul, who has traveled numerous times to early caucus and primary states like Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, has said that he planned to make his decision next month and that he would make the announcement in Louisville.
