Candace Owens testified during a hearing about white nationalism that 'white supremacy and white nationalism are not a problem for minorities

She listed issues like abortion and father absence in the home as more worthy of lawmakers time

These remarks come one month after the El Paso shooting, where a white nationalist targeted Mexicans 

 The Anti-Defamation League's Center on Extremism reported that white nationalist made up '59 percent of all extremist-related fatalities in the U.S. in 2017'
