Video from the Kentucky governor's race in 2019 between Republican Matt Bevin and Democrat Andy Beshear shows electronic manipulation of voting results on a live feed from CNN as votes were subtracted from Bevin's vote count and added to Beshear's count.
Attorney Sidney Powell, commenting on the current presidential election, said that it is likely that 3% of the vote total was changed in the pre-election voting ballots that were collected digitally by using the Hammer program and a software program called Scorecard that would have amounted to a massive change in the vote across the country. She said that an algorithm was used determine how many votes they might need to produce for Mr. Biden, which she says explains the computer "glitch" in Michigan.
