New Mexico: Otero County Declines to Certify Primary Results, Cites Voter Fraud Concerns

• https://needtoknow.news by CNN

New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, a Democrat, filed a lawsuit to compel the Commission to certify the primary election and is threatening them with a criminal referral.

Summary by JW Williams

The Otero County Commission rejected the 2022 Primary election canvass examination of votes as the Commission questions the accuracy of the Dominion Voting Machines following an audit investigation of the 2020 election that produced evidence of apparent fraud, according to the Pinon Post. They reported that Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai of EchoMail, Inc. was intimidated out of participating in the audit by "threats from up high" from Democrats in the US House of Representatives that launched an investigation into the company and audit.

David Clements, a former law professor, said that Otero County is a potential crime scene and that the County is a casualty of "lawfare" from "Congress and a bunch of operatives."
