The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is supposed to protect Americans from the telecom industry.  Years ago it was identified as a "captured agency" because it has a tendency to NOT do so (see 1, 2).  For example, in 2021, a federal court ruled in favor of petitioners who sued the agency for NOT updating wireless radiation guidelines (including 5G) since 1996 AND the agency refuses to address this (see 1, 2).  Nevertheless, recently FCC commissioner Brendan Carr issued a warning that should send shock waves throughout the country.
