Responding to calls for the Tesla/SpaceX owner to purchase the Infowars network in a future auction, similar to his acquisition of Twitter, Jones issued an X post in support of the idea.

"This is a great idea!" Jones commented on X, adding it would be "The ultimate middle finger to the rotting globalist establishment."

On Tuesday, a federal bankruptcy judge allowed the trustee overseeing Jones' bankruptcy to liquidate Infowars by Nov. 13 in a sealed bid auction, which allows interested parties to submit confidential bids without knowing the bids of other participants.

Following the judge's decision, scores of Jones' supporters urged Musk to place the winning bid.
