The word 'people' is only used several times. The word 'person(s)' is used a whole bunch of times. If you look throughout the statutes of the States, you will find that 'person' is defined as some form of artificial entity. The words 'man' and 'woman are not in the definitions of 'person'. Why not? It would be easy to write those two words into the statutes. They aren't there because government doesn't regulate 'people'. It's only when a man/woman agrees that they are a person that they can be controlled by government. How can they agree with government in this way? The Constitution Contract Clause lets them.
