#563: Losing Our Rights In The Palantir World Order | Jason Bassler

• Activist Post - Charlie Robinson

The digital prison is being built around us, piece by piece, with dangerous new technology being enabled by political legislation. Licence plate readers and biometric surveillance have become normalized in a post-COVID world, and the summer riot season has seen the new gadgets put to immediate use to entrap the public.

For over a decade, Jason Bassler has been documenting and holding the authorities accountable for their reckless and unconstitutional behavior with Policing The Police and The Free Thought Project. He is a member of the Independent Media Alliance and the co-host of The Free Thought Project podcast with Matt Agorist.

The strongest thing you can do to uphold your rights is to solidify the Constitution in place as it is. The thing that people don't easily understand is that ALL RIGHTS exist in PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS. The difficulty is the tangle of words that the courts use to make you believe that you have given your private rights over to them to adjudicate. Don't use an attorney in court. Doing so makes an agreement with the courts that you have given your authority over to them. Do not use any representation when courts want you to represent yourself (you are present, why represent yourself?), Make your opening statement say something like, "I, man, jon doe, am not the name or named entity on any paperwork except if i expressly write that I am such." Then stick to it. Practice this, and spread it to your friends.
