These are summaries of the files and some of the individuals victimized by Rebecca Fierle and first-hand account of what those files contained, including several false statements and claims about the victims, their neighbors and family members. Reading through these accounts makes clear that the same judges, attorneys, and other individuals are routinely used to obtain these predatory guardianships for no other reason, than access to the estate.
