With more than 10,000 people joining the Occupy Wall Street protests on its 19th day - the largest crowds yet - police used pepper spray and batons on activists while making hordes of arrests.
Another supervisor? Hell, every time any officer commits a malfeasance (crime), it's the SUPERVISOR. Though "leadership" doesn't like it much, the reality is that anytime a system doesn't function, it's the fault of management. Cops do what they are told to do or are allowed to do; they don't make this crap up.
I've not seen any art on the protest, so I can't comment on the tactics that are being used, except to say that, if there is bloodshed in the form of head injuries to the unarmed protesters, there is a prima facia intent to kill the protesters: Any time anyone hits anyone in the head, with anything, the attacker is as likely as not to kill the victim; this is, at best, attempted murder. If you don't agree, tough shit...You don't know what the hell you are talking about!
I wouldn't be surprised to see a reversion to the antiquated mind-set and so-called crowd control tactics of the 50s and 60s.The return of the "watchman" to the ranks, policies , and methodologies of current law enforcement strategies is so blatantly obvious that it sickens me. The New Gestapo is up to "old techniques".
Welcome to the United "State"!
