Police raid on home shocks Brock prof and wife; launch $2 million suit against NRP

A Brock University professor says he and his wife have suffered "physical, mental and psychological" damage since police raided their home for electricity theft based on faulty information from Hydro One.

Business faculty professor Narongsak Thongpapanl returned home from a week-long conference to find the front door of his Fonthill house had been forced open and secured back with screws.

What else is New ? No money out of the town clowns pocket (POLICE) and NOONE is gonna stop them from exercising THEIR RIGHT to do anything they choose, ANY TIME they Chose and ANY PLACE they choose. After all, IT IS THEIR TOWN---NOT YOURS,

Total BS.  Can't you tell from the outside if the meter is being bypassed?  Measure the power going in and look at the meter.  One thing without someone swearing that a crime is occurring should not be enough for a warrant.
