Next call your senators with the same message.

Today (Sat. Jan 23rd 2010) at the Arizona State Republican Party Convention John McCain took one of r3VOLutionary activist aside to make sure she knew that he was going to oppose Ben Bernanke's re-confirmation for Fed Chair.

I lean towards chaining him to the position and let him go down with the ship.

I McCain is _allowed_ to oppose Bernanke, then the replacement from Goldman Sachs is already determined :)

As if it matters.  One guy can't divine the optimal share price of GE based on average length of aardvark noses.  Keep him around, or put someone else in the diving chair, there's still no optimal GE share price.

Actually, if you're bent on proving it can't be done, let every swinging Ben take a shot at it.

I say No.  Keep Bernanke.

Extending his term will further solidify the obvious corruption between congress and the fed.  It will hasten the demise of the NWO.

Dumping him now in favor of someone else will make it seem that congress is doing something when they are really not.  They will swap one scumbag for another.  The new guy will get a pass to do whatever he wants because he is new.  They will use it to advance their agenda further.

Keep Bernanke and hasten the destruction of evil.

I would followup with a short email too.  I think if the Senators figure they can use Bernanke as their whipping boy to foist the angry public's blame upon for a destroyed economy and job loss, they may dump him.

As to whom will replace him, well who cares.  It is all going to hell regardless.
