Parental rights and family rights seem to be under almost continuous assault in recent years. Unfortunately, in the context of today's pay to play legal system, parents have few choices when it comes to defending themselves and their families against those who would deny them the rights and protections described in the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Becoming educated about the way the various systems work and becoming knowledgeable enough to take direct, persistent action is an essential part of seeing to it that families remain safe and whole in the face of an increasingly intrusive government and its predatory systems.
