Death toll in rare fungal meningitis outbreak linked to FDA approved steroid injections rises

Minnesota and Ohio are the latest states to report confirmed cases linked to a steroid produced by a specialty pharmacy. The steroid has been recalled, and officials have been scrambling to notify anyone who may have been injected with it.
