What: Denver Police Officer, (36 years), Commander Tony Ryan, now a spokesman for LEAP, (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition): "The War on Drugs is Killing America; Legalize Now!"

Officer Ryan was the first Police Commander on the scene of the Columbine High School massacre.
