A California Democrat has introduced a bill in Congress that would end the practice of judges being forced to impose mandatory minimum sentences for drug offenders.

Would this include a REVIEW of all the people who sit in prison for these same offenses? What about those who served time that would not have been sentenced for so long - do they get compensation?

HELL NO!

I sure miss my Dad who passed away last year, but I sure am glad I don't have any reason to go to California any more!
