We ain't got to show you no stinkin badges!

So, I'm confused.  The privacy act protects these arrested individuals identity.  But, everyone that's picked up for jay-walking through murder has their info published everywhere.  How's that work?  How do I get me some of that privacy stuff?

 This means - 1. That there are arrests being made that would be embarrassing to the Obama administration - or 2.  There are very few arrests being made, by orders of the Obama administration - or 3.  The admistration believes it can use national security as a way of shutting down media/public access to their numbers.

Either way Amerika is getting screwed.
